Common questions before the call.

Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
No preparation required. Just show up. The questions Aclesia asks are conversational — company size, growth stage, what's most broken in your people infrastructure, what you're trying to build. If you've taken the scorecard, bring your results. If not, that's fine too.
Is this a sales call?
It's a fit assessment — which means it's genuinely two-directional. True Good Advisory works with a focused set of companies at a time, so Aclesia is evaluating whether your company is the right fit just as much as you're evaluating whether we are. If it's not a match, she'll tell you directly and may be able to point you toward better options.
What if I'm not ready to engage yet?
That's a fine reason to have the call. Many of our best client relationships started with "we're not quite ready" — and then something changed six months later. We'd rather have the conversation early and let you decide on your timing than wait until things are urgent.
How quickly can a True Good Advisory engagement start?
If there's a fit, most engagements begin within two to three weeks of the discovery call. There's a scoping conversation, a proposal review, and a brief onboarding to set the foundation for week one. Aclesia is available to start quickly for the right company.

Your time is worth protecting.

If this call isn't useful — if we're clearly not the right fit and you walk away having learned nothing — Aclesia will send you a resource, a referral, or a direct answer to whatever your most pressing HR question is. That's the least we can do.
